A. Objectives of Implementation Planning

To be able to reach the desired level of operations performance, a plan should be made before implementation. This plan would arrange all the activities which will be performed during implementation of the business plan.

The major purposes of this plan should mainly be :

· Appropriate management of implementation period

· Sequencing the operations in order to minimise the makespan

· Minimising the time consumption when problems are faced

· Identifying the exact requirements for implementation

· Protecting the environment

· Monitoring and tracking the stages of implementation in order to easily identify and correct the problems

B. Stages of Project Implementation and Scheduling

Identifying stages of project implementation is crucial a part of our circus project. Legality. Following step of project initiation is the preparation of proforma budget and financing the business according to it. This activity consists of determining monetary requirements and supplying the required loans. After supplying monetary support to the project, the first step is to find and purchase an adequate land area for headquarters.

The second step is construction of facilities on this location. These facilities are a building for administration, operation and maintenance staff, animal cages, a cafeteria with kitchen and canteen, parking areas, fair place on which prefabricated stands are located, outdoor practices area, a warehouse for equipment and materials, a guest house including medico, guard cabins, a heating center, a special tent area for circus tent and preparation tents, a gym for training and finally infrastructure consists of heating galleries, waste, disposal units and electricity & communication networks.

While the construction of headquarters is going on, recruitment of employees and show people together with purchasing of equipment and animals has started and training activities should be started in an available farm house nearby Izmit that can be rented, until the completion of the head-quarters.

Legal and governmental obligations of starting a corporation should be met at the very beginning. The length of this period depends on the training level of recruited employees and capabilities of purchased animals. This period among all activities will take the longest time, however overlapping the training and construction periods would reduce the makespan of the implementation stage. Along these training activities the shows should be planned and prepared with respect to capabilities. At the mean time, advertising should have started in order to build and develop a customer bulk.
